END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

3.2 During the subscription period, the User will have access to the latest versions and services of the software.

3.3 Upon the expiration of the subscription period, the User's right to use the software will automatically terminate, and the User will not be able to use the software.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES

4.1 The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the software.

4.2 The Company does not guarantee that the software will be accurate, up-to-date, or error-free. The User agrees to use the software at their own risk.

5. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

5.1 The Company reserves the right to change the license terms or terminate the software.

5.2 In the event of the User's non-compliance with the license terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate the use of the software.

This license agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of this software. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the software.
